Nautilus Classic Contract Mattress comes with a standard 13'5 gauge spring unit with rod edge support. The unique characteristics of the fabric are fantastic and make it ideal for the contract market. This fabric has so many benefits over the old PVC/Vinyl covered mattresses, which made the person hot, sweaty, sticky and very uncomfortable. This Nautilus fabric, although waterproof, breathes allowing better circulation for the mattress and more importantly the end-user.
The Nautilus is an exceptional water-resistant mattress that's hypoallergenic, antimicrobial and breathable. The mattress cover is impregnated and multi-coated with micro-porous polymers and is flame retardant. These are designed 'Flat Top' so are very easy to clean. The fabric is impervious to water-based fluids that will not penetrate, keeping the mattress clean and fresh for the next resident.
